Where are the products in store from?
All products are originally from Korea/ Japan/ Taiwan. Rest assured that we only sell authentic brands.
Is shipping charges included in the prices stated?
Pos Laju
West Malaysia = RM 6 (first 500g)
+RM 2 (next 250g)
East Malaysia = RM 9 (first 500g)
+ RM 3 (next 250g)
** Recipient's signature is required. Please ensure that there'll be somebody to receive the parcel. Otherwise, they'll shift your parcel to your nearest post office and you'll have to collect it there.
Pos Express
RM3.50 or above.
- Depends on the size of the envelope.
- Only for mini size item.
** It is always better to keep an eye on your letter box for your Pos Ekspress envelope as recipient's signature is not needed.

How do I know whether my item has been posted?
You will received an confirmation email/ personal message/ SMS from us upon the item purchased, delivery method, parcel number and date & time of parcel being posted.
When do we go to the post office?
We post out orders every Tuesday and Thursday. If you want your parcel quick, do schedule your payment before these days.
What should I do if I do not receive my parcel?
Do inform us if you do not receive your order 3 days after we delivered. Delivery will be considered success if there's no feedback.
OR Trace your parcel with Track & Trace System by Pos Malaysia.
OR By calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1-300-300-300/ www.pos.com.my
OR notify us about it and we'll try our best to assist you.
Can I do Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
I'm not allowed to pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine. What should I do?
e.g You supposed to pay us RM 36 but only RM10 notes are accepted by cash deposit machine. No worries! Pay us RM 40 and we'll attach the remaining change together with your parcel.
How do I know if the skincare product suits me?
We are always there for you! If you need more information about the product/ which type is the most suitable for your skin? Approach us! =)
How do I return my order/ ask for refund if the product is not as what I expected?
All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on products that are used or tampered with.
Can I cancel my order?
Unless: - Duplicated orders are placed.
After order is confirmed, kindly find out our "Order Form" tab on the Main Page.
Kindly submit the Order Form after payment is made.
How does Wholesale (WS) works?
To eligible for wholesale price, kindly email us for the quotation with the order quantity required. We'll get back to you with the WS Quotation.
"Available" = Ready stocks are available in store. Order ship out within 1-2 days after payment is made.
"Limited Stocks" = Stocks are ready but very limited as item is selling fast.
"Out of Stock" = Item is not available in store at the moment.
"Restockable" = Item that out of stock is restockable. Do keep an eye.
